Today’s episode of The Being Human Podcast is all about that pesky guilt we feel when we set expectations and limits for ourselves and the people in our lives.
The truth is setting boundaries is one of the major factors that plays into the guilt we may have.
We’ve lived for so long without addressing what we need that when we ask for it, not everyone may react well and there’s often guilt that comes up when we define how we want to be treated.
However, there’s a difference between earned and unearned guilt.
So in today’s episode I’m diving into exactly what these two types of guilt look like and how we can address them without the unnecessary guilt clouding our mind and slowing us down.
Let’s dive in.
