I was given this book in exchange for an unbiased review via audiobook boom. This is not a story I would willing spend money on. A teenager walks around the house naked and it is ok with her Dad, Then all of her brother's friends are in the house as well. Not!!!!. The narrator was the only good thing about this story.

Although I did not request this book, I have no problem with erotica in my books, so I decided to listen and review.

I'm going to have to claim Daddy issues with one. There are just some lines you don't cross. Okay, I get that your writing an erotica story. I also get the old adage different strokes for different folks. Having your dad make that your punishment. No.just no. While there were aspects of the story that were fine and as far "fantasy erotica" go, some steamy & hot scenes.but you crossed that line. The story could have been in a completely different setting cutting out the father & his co-workers, still had most of the other scenes and been fine.

This is the first time I have listened to Angel Demeaux narrate a book. While I think she was going for a sexy sultry voice, many times it came across as too babyish which was just awkward. It doesn't say there are dual narrators but It sounds as though the male parts are done by someone else. If they are done by her then wow they are great. If this is the voice she uses for all her narrations then no, I would not listen to her again. If she were to cut out some of the "babyish" sound to her narration then I would try another story with her as the narrator.

mid-evil style pony play

This was a pretty tame pony play book with an HEA. I didn't love it because of the prose voice the author chose to narrate the tale in. It got in the way of enjoying the storyline.

I have to say I was impressed with this book by Ms. Tilton, which says quite a bit as I am not typically a fan of pony play. The storyline is fresh and the characters are very detailed and as they move through the story you are gonna need some water and a fan, seriously. Strip for me

Have I mentioned that I love Riley's books and combine them with wen and kai's narration and dear god help me!! I am going to hell for sure because I am in love! This book was incredibly hot and it awakened so many thought and feeling and damned if I wouldn't admit every damn one of them to Gunn if he knocked on my door right now!!!

The way that Kai and Wen brought the story to life. I love the way that the bring the authors great story and great words alive.

Stare Her Down by Riley Murphy was another great read by the author. I loved reading Gunn and Bailey's journey to a Dom/Sub relationship. Gunn is representing his club in a bondage competition since he is an expert with rope. He had a sub lined up but she up and quit on him. While looking for a new sub he meets Bailey who wants to get a bikini body to impress her crush. She enlists Gunn's help but has no idea what she's getting herself into. I love Riley Murphy's writing, her books keep me captivated and enthralled. I can't wait to read more by her. I recommend this book and all Riley Murphy's books to everyone.

Yes, definitely. Riley Murphys writing and Kai Kennicott and Wen Rosss narration is a great combination.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Bailey was very endearing. She was strong but lacked confidence in certain situations. She was easy to relate to.

Which character as performed by Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross was your favorite?

Bailey because I related to her and Gun could be a bit cold, but Ross played his character beautifully.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The scenes where Gun gave Bailey clothing that undermined her confidence.

Kennicotts and Rosss narration is as awesome as always. No one can make steamy scenes as hot as Ross and Kennicott can. I just love listening to them. And no one I've ever read writes BDSM stories like Murphy does.
