Poor

Only one of these stories has any originality to it. In three of them the man is evil and the woman wonderful. The one that's original is where the husband demonstrated he loved her. The sex is poorly described. These seem like stories dictated as quickly as possible.

ladies you should really read these books and it could inspire you too

this collection is fresh and reminds me of when I was in a few relations with women. Seeing it from a younger woman's view is in lighting to enjoy. I would read each book in the collection with my favorite music to groove with and took me down memory land. In this case, yes. The author is an incredibly talented writer, but these pieces were written to be read aloud.

Would you listen to BDSM again? Why?

Absolutely. It's nearly two full hours of -- not to put too fine a point on it -- intellectual fuckplay, and that's hot. Erotic audio is all about sound cues and the hindbrain, those little or big noises that pull your feet out from under you. BDSM has the deep nuanced male voice, the growls and commanding voice, and the gentle tenderness at times, too.

This is all coupled with storylines that attest to the thought and care of building believable characters leading lives that ring true, even with a side order of kink. There's something to think about with each one. I find myself listening for different things at different times, and that's only possible because there are multiple layers with each story.

What other book might you compare BDSM to and why?

Honestly, this is a difficult author to compare to others. His 35 minute "Self: You, the Monster, and Me" pulls together many of the elements of these six pieces: the "monster" of dominant male sexuality, self-presentation and self-consciousness in the sexual arena, negotiating the rough edges of a relationship, and how two people find their way to a different space together. It's fun, it's sexy, and it's smart, just like this set of pieces.

Have you listened to any of The Grey Knights other performances before? How does this one compare?

The production quality is always high, and the storytelling is always top-notch. This collection stays at that standard.

OMG - This turned my face red - That kind of Sex

If you have problems reading or hearing about explicit sex......this is not the book for you. However, if you like spicy - hot - turn your face red sex in a book - This is it. Again, this is another audiobook that I needed my ear phones. My kids would flip out if they heard me listening to these stories. My husband did benefit from this collection.

I like the fact that the authors are reading their own work. The characters voices and inflection is exactly what the author intended.

My only suggestion is that they change the name of this collection. I think more readers would actually leave feedback after reading or listening to it.

A Good Collection of Erotic Shorts

This is a collection of explicit, erotic short stories, some with a paranormal twist to them. As far as anthologies go, it has been my experience that whenever I read/listen to one, I find a very small amount of great stories, a larger percentage of average stories and a few throw-aways or fillers. This anthology was a bit stronger than that for me.

The various narrators were all women. Some were great but one or two had a delivery that seemed kind of mechanical. That aside, I think there is enough to recommend a purchase if you like this genre of work.

Worst book EVER

This is terrible. I wish I could delete it off of my cloud. It was an accidental purchase and Im just irked about everything about this book. Stop fetishizing BLACK bodies and representing black people as subhuman. Its so 1800s. He only difference I guess is that your feminism allows you to feel okay about this. Anyway. This is more of a warning than a review. STAY CLEAR of this foolishness.

Super Sexy Voice Fun Alpha Romance

To sum up the first four books :(each can be read/listened to as a stand alone, but the characters in the preceding books make entrances in the following books) Cade Miller (brother to Shane) has a company he created called Rescue For Hire. Its dedicated to saving people in natural disasters and finding lost people, etc. Each member of the team is highly skilled in one particular area and together there is nothing they cant do. (Like the A Team!) In each of the previous books, one team member very alpha male finds his life partner. They always know immediately that the man theyve met is their forever guy at first meeting and the bulk of the book is their conquest of said man. They also have some rescues to perform and at least once a book, one of the partners ends up in mortal danger.

Shane is an ex military man who has come to help Cade with his company now that hes become more of a family guy and wants less field time. Shane meets Tony already a member whose had his heart smashed by a closeted pro-baseball player (and brother to another team members partner).

Tony doesnt want to get involved again so soon after breaking up with his ball player so he resists but its futile.

These books are delicious fun! The men are unapologetically Alpha, and it totally works. Tony who is no slouch himself- loves to be dominated and controlled and feels safe when someone takes over. He just has to let go first.

In the Audio format you get the bonus of having Darcy Stark for a narrator. He does each voice differently giving each character a greater depth and giving the listener another perception and way to experience the character. In this case the man who steals the show is Shane. Oooo La La. Shanes voice is panty-melting! It is deep and sensuous and controlling and masterful and. Okay you get the idea. Tony has a vague Italian heritage accent punk-assed and spunky.

Don't waste your money on this "book". Not only does it need some serious editing, but the author is selling it as a completed book when it isn't.
