You may have noticed by now that there are certain times in your cycle when you just don't feel like you've "got it" in your workout... you lack the drive or stamina or endurance to push through.  I'm here to tell you that it's NOT because you're lazy or lack willpower... it's because you are a cyclical human being! 

As it turns out, most research in fitness is done on men and then just applied to women. That means the fitness routine you failed might not be because of your "will power, but because it was developed for a non-cyclical human and then just deemed good enough for you.... that's now how it works!

In this episode I am going to break it all down and what it means for your energy and stamina in each phase of your cycle and how to adjust your workouts accordingly so you can work WITH your cycle and not aginst it,
