The Defense Works was a fraud prevention SaaS business, and with a focus on impeccable customer service and the goal of achieving almost zero churn, the business grew exponentially. After just 3.5 years Proofpoint reached out on LinkedIn with an acquisition offer. The result? An exit offer he couldn’t refuse for 10x the annual recurring revenue.
