You Need Therapy

How to Find Hope Within Our Grief with Caitlin Crosby

Listen Later

This week Kat (@kat.defatta) has entrepreneur, author, mom, and all around good human Caitlin Crosby (@Caitlincrosby) on the show. Caitlin is the founder of an incredible company called The Giving Keys. In this episode you get to hear how The Giving Keys came to be and also what it was like to find success in something that was not part of your actual plan. Kat and Caitlin talk about the grief that comes along with change, even when it is good change. Caitlin also opens up about a more recent change that she is going though currently as her and her husband navigate their separation. Often in our lives we are met with unexpected twists that appear to be scary and painful. Here, Caitlin talks to us about how she has managed to find hope though this experience.
