Gavin has done an amazing job not only building his analytics skills but also improving his personal brand and putting himself out there in a professional sense. His highest job offer is roughly a 52% raise in salary from his current job. In this episode we break down the offer and reflect on his experience as an analytics apprentice who successfully pivoted into the analytics industry.
