Hey everyone! At this point (assuming you have been listening to all my episodes and keeping up with the homework assignments!) you should have a general sense of what your why is and what areas within the world of front office finance that you want to pursue.

Today’s episode (and next weeks) is all about a framework that I like to call “P.P.D.” or Purpose, Process, Discipline. This framework has come in very hand for me not just when I was recruiting, but also in life in general. A lot of students often get overwhelmed with all the information being thrown at them (and I don’t blame them as there is a lot of bad information out there), and do not know how to even take the first step.

The point of using “PPD” in your thinking is so you can learn how to remove the noise from your day to day and remain focused on what matters – getting a job in Investment Banking.
