What if we are trying really hard to establish healthier habits but the energy that we’re bringing each day is coming from a place of fear? Fear of failing, fear of judgement, or fear of not being enough?

Now think about all the possibilities if the energy we felt was from a place of love instead of fear?

The opposite of fear is love. Let’s focus on releasing our fears so that we can show more love, kindness, and compassion to ourselves. Let’s shed the layers of ourselves that are no longer serving us and step into our true selves, our power. 

When we are better aligned with the higher version of ourselves and feel those elevated emotions, we will have a much easier time making our habits stick and we can show up how we want to show up in the world.

This is the key to manifesting what we do want.

Somatic breathwork and EFT Tapping can be a tool to release the blockages, negative emotions, and the stress that’s being stored in your body. It helps to regulate your nervous system so that you can get out of your fight or flight and into your rest and digest part of the nervous system. It can be the tool to help you connect with more elevated emotions like love, peace, gratitude, and expansiveness.
