This inspiring episode stemmed from the story of how  Play-Doh was created. The company Kutol was about to go bankrupt when their biggest seller which was a wallpaper cleaner was about to be discontinued. One of the executive's sister-in-law discovered a new use  for the wallpaper compound in her classroom and brought this new idea to her brother in brother-in-law's attention. He changed one ingredient in the  compound and the once wallpaper cleaner now became the most popular toy!  The company’s misfortune was turned around all because of one slight change. How many of us are ready to give up when we are only one step away from greatness?
