Colton Bly is the Director of Coaching for Beaver County United near Pittsburgh, PA.

I've been aware of Colton's work and I’ve trying to get him on the show for quite a while. We finally made it happen.

I spent the majority of this interview asking Colton questions about what it's been like trying to navigate the traditional USSF coaching education pathways while simultaneously being a 3four3 member. His answers, and experiences, are fascinating.
