Do you ever have emotions within yourself that you have a hard time processing? Maybe you've had someone tell you that your emotions are too much or that you shouldn't trust them.

While we all need to keep our emotions in check, let me just tell you that your emotions are beautiful. God created you to be an emotional being and it's a shame for you to hide that.

Today on the podcast I have the privilege of interviewing Audrey Baily who is the founder of Brush and Barley. Audrey is a type 4 on the Enneagram and wings to a 5. It was so much fun to interview Audrey because she's is a wife, mom, business owner, and so much more!

As a type 4w5, her type tends to be more inward and reserved but it was fascinating to unfold her story and hear how she navigates her strengths to build the things she's building.
