Tim Lang is Emeritus Professor of Food Policy at City St George's, University of London.

Over a long career he's served as a consultant to the World Health Organisation, the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation, and the UN Environment Programme.

He's also the author and co-author of several books, most recently, Feeding Britain: Our food problems and how to fix them.
