Welcome, this week's guest Smriti Jain!
Smriti has worked in the HR sector for Big 4 firms and is also represents the Bureau of Indian Standards at ISO HR committee, She also runs her own podcast (careereview.com) on practical, action-focused advice on how to take control of your career and make better choices about your future. You can also join & listen to her podcast here -https://linktr.ee/Careereview
We begin this week's episode by Smriti sharing what it was like for her to grow up in India as a girl and how it was different from her brothers and even some of her friends. She then goes on to tell about what she was able to do even in her certain circumstances to be able to enjoy what she was doing and how things changed even more when she got into the career that she wanted. I share some points in regards to her story and then share my 13th Vision Board Success that I've had. It was really cool getting to learn about her experience and have a great conversation with Smriti.
In this season I'll be talking with my guests about their story and how they've been able to "rewrite their stars" in their own life. Then after they've shared their story we'll transition into talking about vision boards for a little bit and I'll ask what experience they've had with them and share one of the successes that I've had. Again, why I'm sharing my successes with you is to show that it is possible for you to do the same thing, to use a vision board yourself and that you can rewrite your stars in your own life.
I also want to feature YOUR successes! So be sure to get in contact with me or use the Anchor service to send me a snippet of you sharing your Vision Board Success. Because we need to celebrate more successes. And I want to celebrate you!
Also, if you want to be a guest on my podcast, then be sure to reach out to me so that we can see about making that a reality. Because there are so many stories of people rewriting their stars, and I want to share them!
Thanks for listening!

Welcome, this week's guest Paula Jean Ferri!
Paula has always been in love with books even before she learned to read. Once she learned how, there was no turning back! She read so much growing up that she was once grounded from books for an entire summer during middle school. She has dreamed of being a writer as long as she can remember. She grew up in Logandale, NV, leaving her hometown to attend both Snow College and Brigham Young University-Hawaii to obtain a degree in International Cultural Studies with an emphasis in Communication. Her senior year of high school, Paula started making noises. At 24, she was diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome. This has given her a unique perspective that she wanted to share with the world. She currently resides in Panguitch, UT, writing and sharing her love of stories as the local elementary school librarian. In addition to reading and writing, Paula loves singing and dancing in almost any genre. She loves being in and watching theatre productions, especially any musical performances. She is usually up for almost any activity, as long as it involves people. She enjoys all things island-related and would love to travel the world. Her website: paulajeanferri.com
Paula dives right into sharing her story of being diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome and how it's affected her life and how she's chosen to still take a positive outlook on life. She and I talk about looking at things through different viewpoints and how others (society, family, friends) might look at things differently than ourselves, in this case, namely Tourettes. The conversation switches over to talking about being an author as well as how vision boards work for left-brained people. After we talk about vision boards for a little bit I share the 12th Vision Board Success that I've had. We talk a little bit more about morning routines and wrap it up.
In this season I'll be talking with my guests about their story and how they've been able to "rewrite their stars" in their own life. Then after they've shared their story we'll transition into talking about vision boards for a little bit and I'll ask what experience they've had with them and share one of the successes that I've had. Cris is a student of the world, finding her own path and helping others along the way. She has been using Meditation, Yoga, Crystal Healing, Reiki, and aromatherapy to light her way for almost 20 years. Her love of books has helped Cris form her beliefs and discover different modalities by taking what resonates with her from every book she reads. Today Cris and I start out talking about her childhood and how it bears resemblance to my great-grandparent's story. We talk about one of the huge turning points in Cris's spiritual journey and how she's grown from it. Then we talk a lot about religion and spirituality from both of our perspectives, tying in this week's Vision Board success which was the 10th Vision Board success that I had. Cris and I enjoyed a very genuine conversation with each other and each of us gained new insights which you'll be sure to gain as well!

Welcome, this week's guest Parker Bautner!

He shares how having a mentor in his life has helped him to improve himself. We then do a deep dive on Vision Boards, even before he knew that I always talk about them. After Parker shares a big Vision Board success that he had then I share the 9th vision board success that I had. It was a very comprehensive conversation that you'll be sure to enjoy!

Welcome, this week's guest Jeremy Roadruck!
Best-Selling Author, Kung Fu Master, Pan-American Champion, former member of the military, former corporate wage slave, and former factory worker, husband, and father Master Jeremy Roadruck has been through many seasons and adventures in his life. Today, he's a speaker, author, teacher, and consultant to families helping parents and kids improve their clarity, confidence, and communication and the Six Golden Tickets Method. Jeremy has also filed for bankruptcy, had a car repossessed, gone through a breakup, and had to live in his place of business because he lost where he was living (did I mention that happened after he came home with a slight case of pneumonia from a 6-day stay at the hospital after his SECOND lung collapse?), and even lived out of a tent for work. Links below!
Today I talk with Jeremy about his story, talking about when he was a kid growing up in Turkey and how he literally was on a leash which saved him from running into traffic not once, but twice! We do a deep dive on a couple of different topics but really talk about the stories we tell ourselves and others, how to raise children and how to interact with other adults as well as ourselves. It was really fantastic talking with Jeremy and you'll be sure to enjoy it! I also talk about vision boards, Jeremy adds some insights as well and I share the 8th vision board success that I had.
In this season I'll be talking with my guests about their story and how they've been able to "rewrite their stars" in their own life. Welcome, this week's guest Jocelyn Bellows!
In 2017, Jocelyn's marriage dissolved. During this breakdown of her life, she began a journey of self-discovery. Looking to discover, "What was it that made ME tick, what was the joy that I wanted to manifest into my life." she invested in herself: learning and expanding through working with a life coach, journaling, launching a podcast, and writing for public consumption. All along this path, she understood this - "I am peeling back the layers of myself to get to the core of my life’s purpose." She has since written a book and continues to share her message across many platforms. Links below!
This week I talk with Jocelyn about her story, talking about when she and her husband moved to Colorado and how that was enough of a change to make her realize that she wasn't happy with where her life was at and that she needed to change. We explore the changes that she made and how they have helped her to live a better life by being truer to who she really is. We focus a lot on stepping into your own power. I also talk about vision boards near the end and I share the 7th vision board success that I had.
In this season I'll be talking with my guests about their story and how they've been able to "rewrite their stars" in their own life.
