This is part nine in my live series based on the classic book, by Wallace D. Wattles called, "The Science of Getting Rich" first published in 1910. I will be doing streams going through the key concepts in each chapter.

In this chapter, Wattles explores the scientific approach to acquiring wealth, emphasizing the importance of directing one's willpower inward rather than imposing it upon others. The key message is to avoid coercion and instead focus on shaping one's thoughts, beliefs, and actions toward prosperity. Wattles argues against studying and dwelling on poverty, asserting that true help for the poor comes not from charity but from inspiring them to believe in their potential for financial success. The chapter underscores the significance of maintaining a positive mental image, practicing faith, and using one's willpower to stay on the path to wealth creation while discouraging the fixation on images of scarcity and want.
