In this episode of Rye off the bat, I’ll like to share something that I’d been doing for 2 weeks and have seen a positive effort on my depression and my mental health. Yes! Tony Robbin’s cold showers; I’m not even sure if it’s called this but I decided to try out after hearing how he mention about doing this to stay control of his mind.
So far I’d seen myself changing for the better (thought there are days when I felt really tired and decided to take a set back and rest, but overall it really helps in priming me for the day)
