U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham died on Saturday evening after a reported cardiac arrest, aged 71.
Graham was considered a close ally of President Donald Trump and a staunch supporter of Israel.
He frequently visited the country, where he met with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and was among the most outspoken supporters of the U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran and of efforts to bring about regime change in Tehran.
