Stephanie Allen is the Co-founder and Owner of Air Works Heating & Cooling, a family-owned and operated HVAC company servicing Camarillo and Ventura County in Southern California. Since launching the company in 2010, Stephanie and her husband, Kevin, have earned a reputation for being highly skilled and meticulous while maintaining honesty, integrity, and ongoing relationships with their customers.

Stephanie completed her MBA and JD in three years from the University of Alabama before moving back to California with Kevin to launch their business and start their family. As a visionary, she is an excellent leadership coach who believes the best way for leaders to learn is by making mistakes.
