For Black History Month we wanted to celebrate with a true classic "Akeelah and the Bee," a story of a young girl whose incredible spelling propels her to the nation spelling bee. But does it still hold up as a coming of age film? Let's find out!

Anyways, hopefully it wasn’t the beer, because we all know what it was laced with in American Pie. A raunchy teen sex comedy featuring Eugene Levy’s eyebrows. What can we even say? Back in 2008, thousands of teens stampeded into theaters to watch Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight come to life on the big screen. The campy, melodramatic, and now a meme-worthy classic gave us endless laughs, and of course, it divided the world into two camps: Team Edward or Team Jacob. But let’s be honest, listeners… around here, we’re Team Charlie all the way. (Seriously, the man was fine.)
