Should I buy or should I rent? That's a question I've heard numerous times that I knew it required an episode to cover it.
This topic was also suggested to me by my beautiful wife. So let this be proof that I listen to her.... sometimes. LOL!
I also need to give a huge shout-out to Mr. Hussain Abdullah (the CEO and owner of HA Homes).
I previously had him on the podcast. His vast knowledge on topics such as property investment and property management provided inspiration for this episode.
Please visit the HA Homes website... https://www.hahomesus.com/

In this episode we'll focus on answering five questions that provide some positive and negative aspects for both buying and renting.
Here's the questions...
1. What can you afford?
2. How long do you plan to stay in the home?
3. Do you want stability or flexibility?
4. Can you afford to be responsible for home repairs/maintenance?
5. What are your financial, career, and family goals?
I'll provide my opinion in the last part of the episode.
I need to stress that the purpose of this episode is not to tell you which option is better.
We're just providing information, and leaving it up to you to make that decision based on your individual circumstances.

In this episode, I go over the ingredients I currently use (as of November 2019) in my protein drink.
In addition, I detail the health benefits associated with each of the ingredients.
This episode is meant to be a guide. A crucial component to spiritual, mental, and physical strength is nutrition.
If your nutrition is suboptimal, then you won't be running on all cylinders.
Please don't use the advice in this episode as professional advice. I've studied nutrition for many years, but I'm not professionally trained. If you have specific health issues, please consult with your doctor first.

Have you ever purchased an organic apple and thought to yourself... what does organic mean? I've heard it's healthier, but I don't know what it means. Also, why is it more expensive than a non organic apple?

I had the honor of interviewing Mr. Hussain Abdullah. Owner and CEO of HA Homes. In addition to being selected by the U.S. Small Business Administration Dallas/Fort Worth Office as the District 2020 Minority Small Business Champion of the Year, Hussain has a plethora of knowledge on property investment and property management.
We cover a wide array of topics during this interview. Some examples are…
Hussain describes the HA Homes business model. He also goes into objections and struggles that he’s faced. Provides advice for new entrepreneurs.

In this episode I interview my great friend Abdullah Ahmed.
Now I consider Abdullah to be a modern renaissance man of sorts.
He has a plethora of knowledge about a great many topics.
He's taught me a great many things. From exactly what to say when shopping for a new car to get the best deal, to what are the dietary rules of Halal. Which we discuss on this episode.
Other topics we cover are how we became friends. That leads into how he got started in the IT Industry.
Working on his master's degree at The University of South Florida. This touches on the visa process. Having to get a student visa to immigrate from Pakistan to the United States. Eventually, getting a visa that's sponsored by his employer once he graduated.
We also cover what some of the cultural differences are between people in Pakistan and the United States.
You can find Abdullah on Instagram @virtualabdullah
I had a great time interviewing Abdullah, and you'll have a great time listening to the interview.
