Our focus is on Atheism in this episode.
Topics covered in this episode are...
1.What's the definition of atheism?
2.A brief history of atheism.
Starting with the ancient Greeks up to present day.
3.What are a few goals of modern day atheists? Specifically, government policy.
4.We wrap up the show with my opinion. I imagine myself as a Christian and an atheist to ponder the existence of God.
Correction: During the episode, I state that early Christians were called atheists by Romans. I should have said that Christians were considered atheists according to it's meaning at the time. The word 'atheist' first appeared in the 16th century.

What comes to mind when you hear the word steroids? Illegal activities? Cheating? Scandals? Steroids have become synonymous with illicit undertakings.
In the intro of this episode we discuss what steroids are (touching on why they are important), examples of steroids made by the human body, and where they are made in the body.
Afterwards, we shift our focus to anabolic steroids. How they assist to increase muscle mass and strength (getting into some biology here), and what are some side effects of their use.
The goal of this episode is to go beyond just the "steroids are bad" mentally without providing data. I give my opinion, but ultimately it's an individual's decision.

If you're a regular listner to this podcast, then you likely know the concept of a morning routine. A simple Internet search will give you a plethora of morning routines from celebrities, athletes, movie stars, etc. This shows how ubiquitous they are.
In this episode we're going to focus on three principles of what I call
daily routines. Why do I use the term daily routine? Because we live in a 24 hour society. When someone that works the third shift wakes up, the sun has just set. To me that doesn't fit what I would call a morning routine. Unless one wants to use the term "morning" to describe anytime someone wakes up.
In addition to the three principles, I'm going to provide a bonus tip. This bonus tip is what I currently use.

Welcome everyone to the first interview of this podcast.
We are joined by the creator of the independent movie Distance To Empty... Steffan Mohammadi.
Steffan is a long time friend, but I learned so many thing about him that I didn't know before this interview.
A few things we discuss in this interview are the plot of his first solo, feature length script...Distance To Empty.
How the seeds for this psychological thriller were planted and grew. The challenges he faced trying to "make it" in the movie industry.
I thoroughly enjoyed interviewing Steffan, and I know you'll enjoy listening to it.

In this episode we're going into a deeper discussion on goals. Specifically, when goals conflict. That's when the pursuit of one goal either hampers or prevents you from achieving another goal.
We tell the fictional story of John, and how his love for his family conflicts with his passion to become a personal trainer. Examples of excuses John has are common ones I've used and I've heard other people use. In addition, we go over ways to confront the underlying reasons for the excuses.
I also describe personal experiences relating to the excuses.
