In today's episode, I am going to delve into something called Kekich's Credo, which consists of 100 "success secrets" compiled by a gentleman named David Kekich as a result of his life experiences. These 100 secrets are awesome insights into better living and success that will give you insight, clarity, and a positive effect in every aspect of your life.
But aside from the Credo, I got curious to know who David Kekich was. Turns out he was paralized in an accident when he was 35 years old, and despite spending the next 43 years in a wheelchair prior to passing away in 2020 or 2021, David devoted his life to understanding how to extend his life (and all lives) and to being able to walk again. Sadly, that did not happen. . . yet.
Listen to this episode to learn more about this fascinating individual, you can check out the book David published called Master Life, that you can find on Amazon. And definitely check out Kekich's Credo which you can download here.
Enjoy!

In this episode, I share an opinion column I read recently written by Andy Kessler, an opinion columnist for The Wall Street Journal. Andy's column resonated with me because it goes along with the theme I have been talking about, which is the notion of being offended.
I've come out and said that I don't get offended; I get my feelings hurt sometimes, and I hear things I don't always want to hear, but I do my very, very best to not get offended. To me, being offended means that I've allowed someone to come into me and manipulate me in a way I haven't invited them to. To me, I can only be offended if I invite somebody in.
In any event, I think you'll get a kick out of this column and I definitely thought it was worth sharing!

This is my third in a series that I've done, influenced by the book “With Winning in Mind” by Lanny Bassham. Lanny was a 1976 Olympic gold medalist, and he is the founder of Mental Management Systems, which is a program for helping high-performers reach their potential and change their self-image or modify their self-image. I was so struck by the self-image thing, because I've been very interested in "self-talk" and what I call "self-listen." The self-image thing really struck me, and I wanted to share it. I've done two episodes before this one in the series, the first is called “Self-Image - Building a Better You.” The second is “Understanding Your Self-Image.” And now today, I'm going to talk to you, again out of Lanny’s book, about changing your self-image.
You won't want to miss my final episode on self-image!

International Radio and TV host, bestselling co-author, author, speaker and visionary, Toni Lontis quietly entered the entrepreneurial world in 2019, post publication of her memoir, Resilience. After 35years in nursing, from clinical practice, to running her own nurse consultancy company, Toni wanted to write a book. She wanted to talk about what it takes to heal from dysfunction and trauma in her own life to create a heart-centred impact and help heal others.
With the publication of the book, came the audiobook production, and Toni was introduced to the power of the spoken word. A “chance” conversation led to a meeting with an American Media company and Radio Toni was born.
From these humble beginnings grew a love of interviewing businesses and people, about life, business, and the universe. Her intuitive interview style has taken the world by storm.
Toni now has multiple live streaming TV/radio shows and series of co-hosted business shows, on different platforms, based in the US and broadcasting to the world. 2022 sees her launching her own Streaming TV network – The Everyday Womens Network.

In this episode, I continue my discussion on the importance of self-image. As I mentioned in my last solo, Episode 295, Self-Image - Building a Better You, I was influenced by my reading the book called "With Winning in Mind" by Lanny Bassham, a former Olympic champion gold medalist, who teaches people about how to become the best performer that they can become.
The good news is that you can change self-image -- in today's episode, we go through the four steps of changing self-image.
I highly recommend reading the book. I was just blown away by the book, and it's helped me get clear about my thinking. I recommend you tune into next week's solo as well (drops August 13), and I will take you through the self-image concept.
You won't want to miss today's episode.

In this episode, I continue on a theme I started back in Episode 291 (Why Self-Listen Always Beats Self-Talk") and I want to move toward "Self-Image."
In my coaching business, I run into a lot of people who have good intentions, good ideas, but they struggle with how they talk to themselves and who they listen to. They struggle with their Self-Image.
I recently read a book by Lanny Bassham called "With Winning in Mind" -- which I highly recommend -- that resonated with me -- how you talk to yourself, what you believe in, what your comfort zone is, and what makes you act like you. In this episode, I'm excited to share parts of it with you, and I hope it will resonate with you as well.
