and Denise Ker Waldron, President of Viva! Events'.

Denise has a great question for Mark that both DMC's and other entrepreneurs have. Listen to hear what she asked!
Janet Falk is a communications professional with more than 25 years’ experience in-house, as a consultant and at public relations agencies.
She manages pro-active media outreach and has secured placement of executives and events in local, national and international print and broadcast media. For example, articles in three hotel industry publications generated more than 800 phone calls from hotel industry CFOs inquiring about a client’s services, a far more impactful and economical approach than buying a list of hotel executives for cold-calling.
Attorneys, CPAs, business executives, consultants and nonprofit leaders rely on her insight, strategy and analysis.
Janet is a versatile writer who can prepare newsletters, speeches, presentations and website copy, as well as marketing literature.
She has a broad network of contacts among graphic designers, web developers, photographers and printers to meet related client needs.
In this episode, Mark interviews Janet and discovers:

Today’s guest is Adam Shapiro with SalesReformSchool
Since 2004, Adam Shapiro, through his SalesReformSchool™, has been helping individuals, teams and enterprises improve their sales performance.
Using a sales process, messaging and disciplines framework, Shapiro customizes his deliverables to what and how his clients sell resulting in true behavior change.
Several years ago, a friend suggested the name. It seemed kind of edgy and people smile when they hear it, so it’s keeper. The metaphor works for a number of reasons: To improve, it helps to embrace learning, change, and practice; and the best practitioners are students of their craft - they don’t believe they know it all and are willing to try new processes and disciplines. So, SalesReformSchool™ makes sense.
Though Adam began professionally in law, he leveraged his experience with corporate legal departments into a successful software and services sales career. Adam has held roles in sales, marketing and business development at companies like American Lawyer Media, Harbinger Corporation, Air2Web and Inovis.
Since 2004, Adam has consulted and implemented sales improvement programs for over 70 clients - mostly of them either Business to Business technology or consulting firms and mostly in the Atlanta metro area.
Adam received his Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served on the Law Review. He also has a degree in History and a minor in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin.
