How’s Your Heart Doing? w/ Hood Baba

Wainwul drops another late night message touching on “the work” and the necessity to focus on mindset over material. And thank you for riding with us on this journey. Which one you working?

Yeah...this one is pretty self-explanatory. Wainwul FINALLY touches on romantic love and gives you all the basis and backstory to why he’s single...as f*ck. Are you the safe space you’re looking for? This one’s a doozy. Enjoy.

In intimate relationship, sometimes “love” hurts because it’s reminding us that when we love ourselves fully, it includes the spaces we were told were unlovable. Wainwul decides to keep it 1K for this episode and vent on what love really is for him in this moment and how moving from the heart space sometimes means moving alone. Peace & Love.

You know those calls you get from friends, when they really don’t want nothing, just feel the need to check in? Well this is that call. Wainwul comes to check in with y’all, and ends up discussing why focusing on making your light brighter is more important than where it shines. Y’all alright? Let us know. Peace.

Wainwul welcomes the new (Gregorian) year with a word on what it means to go on “the journey”. How many of us aren’t moving towards that new place because we’re holding on to our old self? Should you be grinding more than aligning? Press play and get what you need to take those baby steps. Happy New Year family.

Wainwul gives an impromptu word during this winter solstice urging many of us who find our power in our inner man, to completely dive into that place and lead from our hearts, while building a life that fills your cup as well as others. If nobody’s told you today, we love you. Enjoy.

In this episode, Wainwul discusses the reality and dangers of cisgender, heterosexual men being indeed, straight & narrow. Breaking down the nature of his own toxic masculinity, he discusses why the future will rely on our abilities to not buy what we’ve been sold, do more following than “leading”, and actually be as secure as our bank accounts convince us we are. *shakes the mf table*

In this episode, Wainwul dives into the art of storytelling as he shares his family story (see: KWAC) and upbringing which lead to his life in the city of Huntsville, AL, a place that created much of what people know about him today. Follow him as he details his “heartbreak” and how it has helped him continue on his path of freedom and liberation for himself, and ultimately the culture. Talk that talk, ‘Fu.

This episode kicks off with a conversation between Wainwul and one of his closest potnas on the reality that we give to others wayyyyyy more than we do ourselves. Which leads to his focus for the show, an introspective soul cry for us to love our (inner) selves, in spite of the layers of trauma and conditioning of our (outer) selves. WHY YOU DONT LOVE ME MAN?! Let’s change that up going into 2019. Peace.

So this was a tough one to post. In a realization of how half-truths cannot be placed in front of actual ones, Wainwul comes on to discuss just how we tell ourselves things in order to sit with ourselves, not other people. How can you tell the truth to everybody but yourself? Is that even a thing? Join us as he painfully shares the root for why we can’t be honest with ourselves and ultimately those we love. Keep it coming ‘Fu. You won’t regret this in the end I swear.
