Lillian Ricardo is a whole life coach for highly sensitive women. She feels passionate about supporting sensitive women in career, relationships, parenting and self-care. Lillian especially enjoys coaching women in support of recognizing their own strengths and joys through play and connection.
Lillian finds part of her own joy in coaching with curiosity while holding a deeply present and safe space for her clients so that they may do the work to live more fully into what energizes and sustains their true selves.
Lillian is also a mother of two young kiddos, from whom she is constantly learning, being reminded of how to play, invite joy, and lead with compassion.
