In this HSTL UP Episode, the guys (@jonathanhessing & @clintcrowe) sit down with an entrepreneur who has been building companies since his early twenties and has seen a great deal of success in doing so, Mr. Lee Heisman.
Lee is a family man, entrepreneur, and podcast host, for an incredible business podcast called "Shrimp Tank." Lee started his first company in his early twenties and by 25 years old had 130 employees and was generating $20M in revenue.
In this episode, Lee talks about mental durability, managing teams, and hiring - making sure each hire he ever made was meaningful. What does that mean? It means replicating parts of yourself with people who are capable and enthusiastic.
This episode is great for any stage entrepreneur building a company, managing within a corporation, or even just preparing to live the life of an entrepreneur!
