Nick Hurst, a member of Railroad Workers United from Massachusetts explains the workers' position, including the call for public ownership of the railroads due to its vital nature.     Troy Glow is a temporary public art light festival in downtown Troy that will run nightly for five weeks. It includes 6 outdoor installations of light-based art created by regional artists all displayed around downtown troy.
