Abbeville is a city in Henry County, Alabama part of the Dothan, Alabama area Formally incorporated in 1853. Abbeville has a dark tale, for mothers wanting their children to hurry home at dark, and its a unique story to the Alabama town of Abbeville, and though its origins are unclear, it was a story passed down through generations, the legend of the witch, Huggin Molly.
