We must be keen in who we choose to even have conversations with, seek advice from or even look up to. Here are a few things to keep in mind so we can choose wisely.

Turn your backyard or local park into a wondrous world of delight, with some of these nature activities. Lets honor and take care of nature.

After we have learned our lessons from the past forgiven others and ourselves, its time to silence the past. Past people, places and things have no weight in our present and definitely not our futures.

Lets learn to silence and eradicate our inner cantankerous critic and turn up the volume on our inner caring compassionate voice. Lets stop being so hard on ourselves and have more grace! Its the gracing for me!

We can be present, grateful and angry at the same time. Unpeeling our anger can be hard, but it is necessary for us to learn lessons and move forward educated about ourselves and how we interact with the world.

Our men matter! When encountering a man we must seek to understand that they are dealing with alot and not listen with judgment but to try and understand.

Are you true to your role and identity as a man? Do you have misdirected anger at women who honor men genuinely? You deserve respect for your role in life!
