  • Bridging the Gap between Spirituality & Your Body (Guest: Holly Toronto)
A bit about the amazing Holly:Holly is a certified Master Level Coach through Health Coach Institute and has 4 years of experience helping highly driven women stop dieting and build resilience to toxic beauty messages. She use an intuitive and spiritual approach that guides her clients towards self trust, confidence and Sovereignty over their entire being; body, mind and soul. From this place, her clients are able to make self guided decisions and finally live the life they desire in the body they live in today. I thought Holly and I could share a really interesting tactic and perspective that she uses to help women heal their body image: through connecting with Spirit. If you're not a very spiritual person, don't worry, you don't have to be! Holly's work is a testament to the simplicity of what it means to feel one with your body and have respect/love for him, her, they or them. I think one of the biggest downsides that come through dieting and diet culture is a disconnect between ourselves and our bodies. We seem them as wrong, bad or mistakes and Holly's purpose in life is to help bring women back to a place of peace with their bodies. Check out this week's podcast episode & as always, find us both down below! Please feel free to leave us a comment, rating or like on social media and I hope to see you back here next week, my love!Connect with Holly & snag your free meditation below:Free Body Gratitude Meditation: https://hollytorontocoaching.lpages.co/body-gratitude-meditation/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/holly.toronto/Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/143221746427796Website: www.hollytoronto.comConnect with Me!www.thehungryforhealing.com@[email protected]|| sincerely, xo emily ||
