  • Fight Back // Break Free (Part 7)
Pastor Vlad continued the series Break Free. He further on explained how to maintain the freedom by having a strong mind and emotions.
    Messsage Notes:
    Esther 7:10; Esther 8:2-3; 11-12
Cross was a place of defeat for the devil (Gen.3:15; Col.2:15)
    1. Whatever is not removed, He has empowered you to resist.
God left the enemy to TEST and TEACH Judges 2:22-23
    2. Resilient mind is like an immune system, it resists invaders
Word of God is the vitamin that builds strong mental immune system.
Problem is not that the devil is too powerful, but our mind is too weak
    3. Focus on being filled instead of being free.
    4. Glance at the past, gaze at the future.
There’s a reason the windshield is bigger than the rearview mirror, where you’re going is so much better then where you’ve been.
We glance at our past for:
    - Glorify Jesus
    - Borrow faith from past miracles
    - When Holy Spirit reveals something
Constant digging in the past when the Holy Spirit does not lead us, leads to infections.
President James Garfield was killed because doctors were looking for a bullet
We are commanded to seek His face, not an open door!
    5. Deliverance is a means to a goal, dominion is the goal.
We were created for dominion Genesis 1:28
We were given authority Luke 10:19
We are called to reign in life Romans 5:17

  • Remove The Mask // Break Free (Part 6)
Pastor Vlad continued his #BreakFree series with powerful message about confession. When we confess our sins, God removes the conscience of sin.
    Notes:
We have four parts to our life:
    Crown
    Blindspot
    Mask
    Potential
“Confession of evil works is the beginning of good works” St Augustine
    1. Don’t remove your crown when you remove your mask.
Confess your condition before God without cancelling your position in God!
“I am not worthy to be called your son” Luke 15:19
“This son of mine was dead” Luke 15:24
Repenting from sin is resigning from sonship! 1 John 1:7-9
    2. Confessing your sin removes consciousness of sin.
Confessing your sin is like washing your hands.
Secret sin is like germs, makes you sick. Psalm 32:3-5
    Sin neglected makes you infected.
Sin can’t be contained, it contaminates.
Preventive care is the best care. John 13:10
    3. When you remove the mask, God removes the enemy!
Confessing your sin removes the enemy out of your palace but not the battle out of your world. James 5:16, John 8:32
Confess your sin to God, spiritual elders, and to those your sin has affected.
    Prayer:
Gracious God, our sins are too heavy to carry, too real to hide, and too deep to undo. Forgive what our lips tremble to name, what our hearts can no longer bear, and what has become for us a consuming fire of judgment. Set us free from a past that we cannot change; open to us a future in which we can be changed; and grant us grace to grow more and more in your likeness and image, through Jesus Christ, the light of the world. Amen.

  • 3 Stages of Freedom // Break Free (Part 5)
Ilya continued on the series of Break Free. He took a place from Revelation which talked about that we overcome the enemy by the blood of Jesus, the word of their testimony and not loving their lives to the point of death. He broke down the scripture to three stages of freedom and how they apply in our lives and how we can receive freedom. There are stages of freedom and we need to know them in order to break certain chains in our lives. Be blessed as you listen to this message.

  • By the Spirit // Break Free (Part 4)
Pastor Vlad continued his sermon series "Break Free". He continued to explain how spiritual world is real and its presence but Holy Spirit in us is more powerful than any demon or satanic attack. He further talked how Jesus casted out the demon in the book of Matthew by the Spirit of God. How each one of us has the same access to the Holy Spirit in our lives to be victorious.
    Notes:
Halloween celebrates FEAR, DARKNESS, and DEATH.
We celebrate FAITH, LIGHT and LIGHT
But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you. Or how can one enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man? And then he will plunder his house. Matthew 12:27-33
    Demons they:
    - entice
    - harass
    - torture
    - compel
    - enslave
    - cause addictions
    - defile
    - deceive
    - attack physical body

  • Fatherhood // George Davidiuk
George Davidiuk spoke to us about Fatherhood and the best picture of a Father in the Scripture who is our Heavenly Father. He used the story of the prodigal son and illustrated the perfect fathers love for his children.
    Notes:
    Profile of the Father
    1. He is Understanding!
Luke 15:20 “But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him.”
    - He “sees” the true condition of his son.
    - How is your understanding? Are you aware of where your child is now? Do you know who their friends are? What direction they are headed? What condition they are in?
    2. He is Compassionate!
Luke 15:20 “...His father saw him and his heart was filled with compassion.”
    - He is deeply touched when he saw what sin did to his son.
    - Greatest need of your child: to know they are loved by you!
    3. He is Approachable!
Luke 15:20 “But while he was still a long way off, his father ... ran to him.”
    - He runs to his son first!
    - Approachability removes their fear of telling you of their failures.
    - A parent must be a great life coach!
    - - Trainer - Discipline
    - - Instructor - Teaching
    - - Mentor – Model; example
    4. He is Affectionate!
Luke 15:20 “His father ... threw himself on his neck and kissed him!”
    - He is not embarrassed to show physical affection with his son.
    - A hug heals, especially after discipline!
    - It’s a mistake to withhold physical affection; especially when expectations are not met.
    - You can be as spiritual as you want... but sometimes a hug goes farther than a lecture or a sermon!
    5. He raises Self-esteem!
Luke 15:22 “But the father said to his servants, ‘Bring quickly the best robe, and put it on him!”
    - The father returns him to the place of self respect.
    - Sin - lowers a child’s self esteem
    - You can give value to your child. Wearing torn, poor clothing can be
    a sign of “giving up”
    6. He motivates Achievement!
Luke 15:22 “The father said to his servants... “Put a ring on his hand!”
    - He restores authority to his son. Pharaoh – Joseph in Egypt
    - Encourage your child to make decisions and reach their goals.
    - Release your child to do what they were born to do!
    7. He puts Grace over Law!
Luke 15:22 “The father said to his servants... “Put shoes on his feet!”
    - He frees his son from slavery
Gal 4:22 –2 women who had sons
    - Slave woman — Hagar LAW
    - Free woman — Sarah GRACE
    - Trust must be taught with accountability
    8. He Loves to Celebrate!
Luke 15:22 “Bring the fattened calf and kill it, and let us eat and celebrate!
    - He creates an atmosphere of JOY in his home!
    - Jesus – speaks of joy when what was LOST is now found!
    - Create happy memories with your children!
Zeph 3:17 “The Lord thy God in the midst of you is mighty; He will save, and rejoice over you with joy; He will rest in his love, He will joy over you with singing!”

  • Struggle is Real // Break Free (Part 3)
Pastor Vlad continued #BreakFree series with life changing message on STRUGGLING IS REAL. This message will help you to overcome lies of the devil as you walk toward your freedom.
    Notes:
    Proverbs 24:16; Psalm 34:19; Matthew 6:9, 13
Righteousness does not stop me from falling, it keeps from staying down!
When you keep falling, it does not mean you are not righteous; it’s just means you are not free.
    Lazarus, come out! John 11:43
Righteousness is resurrection, makes you alive. Being loosed makes you free.
You are not less righteous because you wrapped with rags.
When you get alive - you start feeling unconformable with rags.
Come out before you get loosed!
Wake up is easy. Get up is hard. Battle with blankets!
    Don’t stone struggling saints.
    1. If you want to overcome sin, conquer quilt.
    2. If you want to seek God after getting free, seek more than freedom.
    3. Your issue will be persistent, therefore your intimacy must be consistent.

Some things you get by coming to Jesus, some things by growing in Jesus Matthew 11:28-29
Righteous man is like a palm tree, palm tree breaks bands as it grows Psalm 92:12
Little by little I will drive them out before you until you have increased enough to possess the land Exodus 23:30
Perfect love drives out fear 1 John 4:18
