A firm looking for land for development in Clare has put forward a series of measures that it believes could be used to address the housing challenges in this country.

Fitzpatrick & Heavey Group, which already has over 500 homes under construction nationwide, has proposed that it could deliver up to 10,000 new homes within the next three years if planning and zoning obstacles are addressed.
