This podcast is like a broken arrow, it's still heading in the right direction it just has no real point. We missed it so many times.

From the affects of drought on the deer numbers, changing their patterns and then throwing in the mix of the aerial culls and increased hunting pressure. We then jump on the social media band wagon and flog it to death, something that we have been tossing and turning about for sometime.

It's not just the drought that changes the way we hunt, is social media dictating how you think it should be.

Hunting to some of us is much more than a hobby or sport, to some its our life. This obviously has an affect on the way see it betrayed in the public eye, and some of us care to say something when things aren't right.

A huge part of why I started the podcast was to hear the stories of hunters, that slip under the radar, that are selfless and super humble. This day and age it seems that a large majority hunt for the ‘gram’ but thankfully there are still many that are all about there fulfilling their own quests.

Pego has one amazing story. From being born and growing up in Croatia, the challenges he faced,moving to Australia and being lucky to meet the people he did, being in the right place at the right time. Pego is a proud, humble husband and father that dreams of his next adventure and what he can find on the other side of the mountain.

Rob Herbert @robert_herbert of R and N Blades kindly invited myself and Josh Rogers to his hunting property for the weekend. We joined Rob and his good mate Marty Phillips @martyphillips for a weekend of laughs, a bit of hunting and everything else Hunting Camp offers.

The first part of this episode is not to be missed, Rob talks us through is battle with PTSD and how it has changed his life and he handles it, to who he is today. The title "Your Not Alone" sums up this episode and we stress everyone and anyone to reach out for help when times get tough, there is someone to help and talk to.

We then switch things up, poor a few more beverages and things pretty well go down hill from there.
