Today Reilly and George are joined by their old studiomate, cartoonist Ellen Lindner. She basically drops a TON of fascinating info on the history of America's pastime, baseball, which was totally unexpected but absolutely delightful, especially since all the guys were planning, really, was a bunch of poop jokes. Cartoonists, go figure.  

Con season is almost upon us-- or, rather it would be in a better universe. You may not know the name Michael D'Alessio, but if you've  ever been to San Diego Comic Con, NYCC or C2E2 you've see his work-- since 2007, Michael and his talented team have assembled and run the Marvel booth at all those conventions. Today on the Hypothetical Island we are joined by Kind Features editor Tea Berry Blue Fougner. She's essentially Popeye's boss. We talk the bizness of comics syndication, explore the storied history of Blondie, and, of course, have a ridiculous hypothetical island situation. 

Tom Akel's worn a lot of hats in the comics industry, and today he's joining George and Reilly on the Hypothetical Island to answer a very important question-- what is the most widely read comic in the world? Spoilers-- the guys eventually get there, but not without a wild deviation into Masters of the Universe arcana.
