Most of us watch and still do not dare to talk about it: Of course, today's episode is all about porn. Porn is an absolute taboo in our society and is very negatively connotated: It distorts our body image, it does not represent reality and it supports unethical content. But what if porn also had some positive sides to it? Can we use porn as a safe space to explore our sexuality, or to be fully in control of our own sexuality? 

All it takes is talking openly about porn to teenagers and adolescents and drawing a clear line between porn and real-life sex. We need to destigmatize porn as a society to ensure ethical content and ethical working conditions for sex workers. Porn is not going anywhere, so let's start rethinking our preconceptions about it. 

I am finally back and more ready than ever! In this episode, I open up about my breakup after a 2-year relationship and my Tinder experiences after the breakup. I can't say I have done it all, but I definitely have a lot to tell. From absolute tinder fails, to finding besties on dating apps and feeling empty after hooking up. All I can say is: it is a funnn episode x

So, forget about the idea of new year's resolutions and start intentionally changing habits and patterns which are holding you back in life.

Today I am talking about antidepressants - how they work, my experience with them, and why I have decided to start using these meds. As always, this is an account of MY experiences and I am by no means saying that antidepressants are magic - you have to go to therapy and put in the work, but they definitely help a lot. That said, not everyone shines when using medication - some use natural medicine, or do yoga and meditation. Whatever works for YOU is what should be your priority.
