For centuries, the archetype of a successful businessperson has been a middle-aged white man, shaping our teachings and practices. But times have changed. More women are entering the workforce and entrepreneurship, yet we still struggle to break free from outdated moulds.

Businesses are not one-size-fits-all, and if we allow ourselves to be held back by societal pressures we’ll never reach our full potential. It’s important to question why you operate your business the way you do. If it's outdated, why haven't you changed it? 

If working five days a week doesn't serve you, why not create a three-day working week?  If the aggressive business style doesn't resonate with your values, prioritise kindness and empathy in your approach.

If we want to create a better world, we have to make it happen for ourselves. In this episode, I encourage you to get curious about building your business and life on your terms.
