Harriet Tubman once said, “I freed a thousand slaves. I could have freed a thousand more if only they knew they were slaves.” That’s a powerful yet sobering statement. It suggests that some people were so used to their chains that they had mistaken them for normal life.

Now, before we assume this was just a historical problem, let’s bring it into today.

Storms are brewing, and it’s no secret that more storms are coming . Don’t wait until you’re soaked to look for shelter. When you hear the storm is coming, that’s when you grab your umbrella!

God is offering us that same ark of favor today. Make Him your priority, align your life with His Word, and trust that He will guide you through whatever turbulence lies ahead.

Sharing your story, some of your experiences, and revelations can be a blessing to another.  So today, I am sharing a very famous and public story, that is also a personal piece of history.

Ok, so, it’s official—the Super Bowl is over! The Philadelphia Eagles took home the victory, and Kansas City put up a fight, but in the end, only one team got to lift the Lombardi Trophy.   Because God’s divinity is woven into every part of our lives, even the smallest things, we do carry a divine message—whether we realize it or not. From the way we handle challenges to the way we celebrate victories, His fingerprints are all over our story. In other words, whether we're flipping pancakes or flipping through Scripture, God’s presence is in it all!  So this morning I have a Superbowl wrap-up morning inspiration for you

God never approved a building permit for a monument to your greatness. He’s not interested in skyscrapers of self-importance; He’s in the business of building faithful hearts, not personal empires.

Let’s talk about your bank account and your smartphone battery—because they have a lot in common. Ever notice how when you keep opening new apps, playing video after video, and leaving things running in the background, your battery dies way too fast? That’s exactly how the world operates—constantly pushing us to spend, scroll, buy, and repeat until we’re financially and emotionally drained, frantically searching for a charger.

We Want To Hear From YOU!

Sometimes, we spend so much energy looking for a way to avoid the fight when what we really need is the courage to step into it. And no, I’m not talking about physical fights—I’m talking about spiritual warfare.

As believers, we don’t get to opt out of the battle. Every single day you live for God, you are engaged in spiritual warfare. Some battles are small, and some are intense, but the fight is constant. (John 10:10) The enemy is out to steal, kill, and destroy. And let’s be honest—what he’s trying to strip from you is worth fighting for: your faith, your joy, your peace, your purpose.

Today, let’s take a moment to marvel at one of life’s simple yet profound lessons—hidden right in plain sight. Have you ever noticed the shape of the human ear? And then thought about if you could place two ears side by side, it would create the shape of a heart. What a beautiful reminder from a divine Creator, embedding wisdom in our very design: what we hear has the power to flow straight into our hearts.

Good morning! As you step into this day, take a moment to pause and prepare yourself for the storms ahead. Life, like the weather, often shifts without warning—calm skies can quickly give way to turbulence. Whether it’s personal challenges, societal unrest, or the unpredictability of the world around us, preparation and perspective are essential. After all, no one wants to be caught in life’s rainstorm without an umbrella—or worse, without faith.
