Can AI Glorify God? The Answer: AI is no different than a pen

People often ask,

"Can AI glorify God?"

A better question is:

Can a pen glorify God?

Can Microsoft Word glorify God?

Can a piano glorify God?

Can a camera glorify God?

Can electricity glorify God?

None of them possess faith.

None of them possess the Holy Spirit.

None of them pray.

None of them repent.

They are tools.

The moral weight lies in the one holding the tool.

A pen can write pornography.

The same pen can write Scripture.

The pen isn't righteous or sinful.

The author is accountable.

The same is true of AI.

God often works through human hands

Paul writes:

God chooses to work through people.

A preacher preaches.

A missionary travels.

A teacher instructs.

An author writes.

A programmer develops software.

If any of these are done with a heart surrendered to Christ and in submission to His truth, then God is glorified through the obedience of the servant—not because the tool itself possesses spiritual life.

When we operate independently of GOD’s principles we create our own gods intentionally or unintentionally, as we establish our own "truths",  which fall contrary to the mandates and will of GOD. 

We live in a society where “GOD”, is utilized for such things as Christenings, invocations, and benedictions, while we remain distant from Him concerning everything in between. We pray to GOD when things aren't going our way, worship Him as long as things are going our way, but really don't trust Him enough to live according to His principles. We, like Eve, are deceived by Satan (Genesis 3:4) into thinking GOD is perhaps withholding from us assets that could better our existence and life experience.

We worship pagan gods; false religions, cults, celebrities, material things, immoral acts, independent truths, and even self. None of these gods are new, as references to them are mentioned all throughout Old and New Testament scriptures.   

As believers, our allegiance and alliance should be to the One true GOD, The Alpha, and Omega, The One who is The Beginning and The End, The Creator of all things.

GOD in His consistency is also triune in the nature of His character as He is omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient.

Yes, we are still talking about the mind… because it’s just that important.
 The mind is the staple, the engine, the glue, and the navigation system steering the direction of your life. Before your hands move, your mind decides. Before your mouth speaks, your mind processes. Before your life changes, your thinking changes.

Some of us are asking God to change our circumstances while refusing to confront our perspectives. But the truth is, many battles are not happening around us, they are happening within us. In our thoughts. In our assumptions. In our biases. In our fears. In our wounded perspectives.

Because as a man thinketh in his heart… so is he.

Day in and day out, I hear people talk about their goals, desires, and dreams, which are usually followed by comments of defeat.  Things like if I had this, or knew this one, or if I was better at this, or if I could do this then I could…And the kicker statement is… I have been just praying for a miracle, praying God opens some doors or releases his favor on me.

Winners don’t pacify defeat; winners are not just dreamers; winners are more than talk.  Winners are doers.  A winning athlete understands the hard work it takes to secure a win and the determination and focus required to be declared a champion.

Ecclesiastes 5:33 A dream comes with much business and a fool's voice with many words. In other words, stop talking about your dreams and complaining about your inability to fulfill them. Fulfilled dreams require that you be about your business, begin working on them, make the sacrifices, and elevate your level of determination.

I talk to people every day who have dreams of owning their own business, but they profess to need more start-up capital to move forward.  And guess what? They live and embrace that excuse, and guess what? They will likely die never owning that business and fulfilling their dream.  Why? Because they accepted defeat.

Sometimes our biggest enemy is our dreams.  Why do I say that? Because we have envisioned exactly how we think everything should play out. We envision success but never plug in the plan for obstacles, never pull in the plan that includes the what if and the stumbling blocks. And because we dream big, we think we have to have all the finances intact, and we don’t put enough thought into downsizing our dream to get it off the ground.

 The question is no longer whether Jesus split time.

History already answered that.

The question is:

Has He split your life?

Where is the dividing line between:

• who you used to be,
• and who God is calling you to become?

Where is the split between:

• flesh and surrender,
• religion and relationship,
• performance and transformation,
• darkness and light,
• your plans and God’s will?

Because one day every clock will stop ticking.
 Every calendar will close.
 Every trend will fade.
 Every title will disappear.
 Every earthly accomplishment will eventually become somebody else’s obituary paragraph.

And when eternity stands before us, nobody will care:

• how many followers we had,
• how much money we made,
• what car we drove,
• or how many people knew our name.

The only thing that will matter is:

Did you know Him?

Not just know church.
 Not just know religion.
 Not just know scriptures intellectually.

But did you truly know Jesus?

Because Christianity is not merely about Jesus splitting history.
 It is about Jesus transforming hearts.

And if He can split time…
 He can certainly split you free from:

• sin,
• pride,
• fear,
• bondage,
• confusion,
• and the person you were never created to remain.

So today, don’t just study the timeline…
 submit to the Savior who stands in the center of it.
