My name is Coach Lee. I help people create lasting friendships and... I'm also transgender. For several years, l didn’t have supportive people who knew the real me in my life. I always thought that I knew what to do when it comes to making friends BUT many times, even though I had friends, I found myself very lonely. That’s because when it comes to making friends – I mean really building meaningful friendships and relationships, I was doing more damage than I realized.

Since then, I have dedicated my life to helping others overcome the loneliness that comes from not making close friends.

I believe that life feels more complete when you have people to share it with. Don’t you agree?

Recovering your Harvest of Grace Outreach Ministry is focused on those on the margins of society—homeless individuals and prisoners. It was founded in 2009 by Pastor Brenda White Green. Her husband, Pastor Kevin Green, is a cofounder of the ministry.

Pastors Brenda and Kevin are dedicated to meeting the needs of others before their own. Together, they go into the world to spread the Word of God and bring hope to the people who need it most. For instance, one of their main initiatives is to give back to the army cadets—courageous individuals who have selflessly served our country.

In 1968, Pastor Brenda was born in a country town called Floydada, TX. The Lord was present in the home she lived in at all times. At the age of 33, she was called to the ministry of Mt. Gilead Baptist Church in Lubbock, TX where she served others and was taught the Word of God.

In 2004 in Lubbock, Pastor Brenda felt summoned by the Lord to go out into the streets and the world to feed and touch the people that are rejected by society. She made it her mission to let them know that regardless of their circumstances, Jesus loves them all the same.

Pastor Brenda began travelling to different places to learn about outreach ministry. During her travels, she began getting stronger in the Word of God. Her work took her to places like:

Marty Strong is a retired Navy SEAL officer and combat veteran. When he left the SEAL Teams, he joined UBS as an investment professional (7 years) focused on high net worth individuals. Seventy-five percent of his clients were self-made entrepreneurs and half had no college education. Marty learned many lessons regarding what success looks like, and what attributes are shared by successful people. He left the financial services industry to build business divisions in small, rapidly scaling companies. This involved defining market value, working with M&A pros, and buying or selling business units or companies. It also involves organizational design and scaling strategies (IT tool and processes implementation, integrating software, hardware, and talent solutions) to meet demand or new external challenges to doing business. Marty is currently the CEO of four companies within an ESOP enterprise structure. He writes about these experiences, how to achieve a winning mindset, and leadership lessons learned, in his book Be Nimble: How the Creative Navy SEAL Mindset Wins on the Battlefield and in Business. The book was released January 1, 2022. The sequel, Be Visionary: Strategic Leadership in the Age of Optimization, is set for release December 2, 2022.
