From an early age, her deep fascination with health and well-being, and its profound impact on longevity and overall quality of life, has been a driving force in her journey. This passion led her to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and later, a Master's in Business Administration. Subsequently, she embarked on a transformative path by enrolling in health coaching studies at the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine.

This unique blend of medical, holistic, naturopathic, and business knowledge equips her to empower individuals to make informed, healthier life choices while fostering self-sustainability.

Liam Scott is the head of Equality, diversity and inclusion for Wales Rugby Union. As Head of EDI, his role is to set the WRU Group EDI Strategy for all areas of their game both on and off field.  He engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop the operational plan and coordinate delivery. 

Liam has two sons and his heritage is Welsh - Jamaican. His family members are making an impact in Wales, contributing to the food industry and the reggae music seen.

Selina is a versatile singer, songwriter, rapper, and performer born and raised in St Pauls, Bristol. Known as Krush, she's a familiar face in the music scene, bringing confidence and charisma to every mic she touch. Her extensive experience spans various genres and collaborations with artists and producers across the UK, highlighting her adaptability and talent.

"From a young age, I was immersed in a diverse musical landscape. My music channels both pleasure and pain, offering listeners a raw and authentic glimpse into survival, relationships, addiction, abandonment, and the intense spectrum of love."

She's worked with legends like Mike Skinner from The Streets, Example, and The Mitchell Brothers. Back in early 2007, she made waves on TV and YouTube alongside Nolay and Baby Blu on the Mitchell Brothers' "Excuse My Brother" remix.

Krush has also created music with the late great MC Skibadee and MIKE GLC, and been featured on DJ Ace's BBC 1Xtra Vocal Elections platform. Her music delves deep into the raw and real sides of life and the intensity of explosive love.

Adjua Mensah is a musician, writer, and producer from Splott, Cardiff. Music has been her greatest passion for years. She plays both guitar and bass and is always striving to elevate her craft. Last year, she released her debut EP, and she is very excited to drop a new single as part of another EP later this year.

On June 14, 2024, she headlined at Clwb Ifor Bach. "I was honoured to be chosen as Huw Stephens' Artist of the Week for BBC Radio Wales".

What fuels her creativity is the magic of music and its incredible power to evoke emotions in listeners. The creative process of writing music deeply inspires her and she cherish the opportunity to share this magic with others.

Melin is a multi-hyphenate navigating the creative world as a graphic designer, UX designer, creative director, mentor, events organiser, consultant, and problem solver.

Born and raised in Turkey, she moved to the UK to pursue her dream of studying graphic design. From 2017 to 2021, she ran the Cardiff chapter of Creative Mornings, a monthly breakfast lecture series, and co-organised the Cardiff Design Festival.
