I Can Do with Benjamin Lee

I had a really encouraging discussion with Minister Roger Polanco.

You might be wondering how the CIA and the Bible are connected!

Be prepared to go a journey. I was recently in Richmond Virginia preaching at the Courthouse Church of Christ. I had the opportunity to visit Washington D.C. with my friend Nathan Morrison. Nathan preaches at the Courthouse Church of Christ and is also one of the elders.

He shared with me the story of Hushai the Archite in the Old Testament. The CIA has known for a long time about Hushai and how he helped King David defeat Absalom. The CIA describes Hushai as the first Influence Agent. The CIA declassified how they broke down the story of Hushai and used it to train their agents to be influence agents. Find out the significance of all of this in this episode.

You can find where Nathan preaches in the link below and also the declassified PDF document the CIA released as well!

How were men and women in the first century Converted to Christ?

The book of Acts in the Bible gives us plenty of examples of what Conversion to Christ looks like.

The story of the apostle Paul and his conversion is mentioned three times in Acts chapters 9, 22, and 26.

There's a lot for us to learn how one is converted to Christ and what happens after their conversion.

Get your Bible ready and let's study together from the book of Acts.

There are many resources to go to gain knowledge. A lot of people like to Ask Siri. There's new AI technology people are now using.

But let us never forget to always go to God's word and to seek His wisdom.

This episode is called Ask Wisdom. Our study will come from the book of Proverbs.

What all of us should be striving to attain is God's wisdom and applying it in our lives.

It is often the case that people have Bible questions. Bible questions are good!

In this podcast, I answer a number of Bible questions.

1. What is Holy Spirit baptism?

2. Does demon possession occur today?

3. Why did Jesus often tell those who He healed not to tell anyone?

If you have any Bible questions, please let me know.

This sermon was preached in January. At the beginning, I mention "a couple of weeks ago" referring to the Monday Night Football game that made America stop and pray.

How are you with praying? Do you find it challenging? Is it something you do on a regular basis?

Pray is essential! We have countless examples of people who prayed in the Bible.

Let's see what we can learn from them.

John 3:16 may be one of the most popular Bible verses.

1. What does it say?

2. What does it mean?

3. Why did Jesus say what He said? What was the context?

4. What can we learn about our Heavenly Father and His Son Jesus?

Study with me as we journey through John 3:16.
