For a number of years I've been using Jay Robb whey isolate protein. I've been a big fan of protein shakes and this has been one of my go to shakes.
Recently, I was curious and reached out to the man behind the supplement to see if he would be interested being on my show. He said yes!
In this conversation, we discuss Jay's passion for fitness, health, and promoting peace.
We talk about his journey into business and what his biggest priority is now.
I appreciate Jay Robb being on the show.
He has a genuine heart.
It was a fun conversation and different from many that I've had most recently.
We had a conversation where we talked about a variety of spiritual topics.
It's not often that people are willing to share what they believe.
Jay and I have many common beliefs and some that differ, but none the less it was an epic conversation.
Here's where you can find Jay.

A common statement found throughout the Scriptures is, "The LORD Lives."
In this episode, we take a look at what this means and the significance of it in our lives.
The LORD Lives!
In this episode, we study what the Bible has to say concerning the Holy Spirit and Feelings.
The book of Acts sheds a great deal of light as we study the Holy Spirit.
Sometimes, feelings can override the facts that are given to us in scripture.
We must be able to navigate the Facts of what the Holy Spirit has done and our Feelings.
Dale Carnegie in his book, "How to stop worrying and start living" shares a program that will bring about more cheerfulness and decrease worry.
It's called "Just for Today" and was created by Sibyl F. Partridge. There are 10 action items in this daily program.
In this episode, I share each one and challenge you to implement these into your life.
Just for Today! Jesus says, "Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble." Matthew 6:34
Is it possible? Can it really be as simple as Jesus says in the Sermon on the Mount?
Do not worry!
There are numerous actions we can learn from the Holy Scriptures to help us to overcome being consumed with worry.
Are you a procrastinator?
Do you find yourself rushing until the last minute to get certain action items completed?
While we can recover in certain areas of our life when we fall behind, there's an area of our lives where we must stay prepared!
Choices have consequence. The consequences may be good or they may be bad.
In this sermon, I discuss a young man who found himself feeding pigs. He reached the lowest of the low.
Have you ever found yourself in a place like that? Listen as we learn why we sometimes may find ourselves feeding pigs.
It's a question a lot of people want answers too.
How would you answer this question?
Let's study together and see what the Bible has to say!
I had a great conversation with Coach Lee Forrester. You will be inspired listening to Lee and her journey to health. Something that really stood out to me was her excitement about life and getting better. In this conversation, we discuss:
As a child Lee felt invisible and insignificant and found being overweight an additional struggle. Self image issues stemming from childhood can hold a person from personal and work life success.
Now that Lee has found healthier ways to eat well and be well, she now uses that experience to guide others who also battle with unwanted weight particularly women in their 40's and 50's to a place where they feel in charge and in control of their bodies while gaining confidence so they can show up fully in life and professionally while getting into their best health ever.
Lee is best known for her common sense holistic approach to good food, and health while finding a way to move (exercise if you will)so that you can have the confidence you crave. Take it from Lee, who knows that if the chubby girl who hated PE and came almost last in any track event can support you on your feel amazing path to health and fitness
