Join myself in today's episode, as I discuss the green flags in relationships. I believe that it’s important to be acknowledging these positive signs and appreciating them in our relationships. I feel as though we are so focused on pay attention to the red flags that we forget to notice the green ones; it’s important we show our gratitude for the people in which we hold strong and safe relationships with.

Today is a very special day for myself as it, marks the day in which I came out, three years ago! So I thought in celebration of my 20th EPISODE!! As well as this being a very special day for myself, that I would take this opportunity to dive deeper into my story and speak about things I have never really spoken about on and off air. I know that I have done a coming out episode with my beautiful close friend Eliza. However, this episode shares a lot more things with you all than I previously have. Parts of this episode was very difficult for me to record as I have never really spoken properly of certain things and this was the first time properly vocalising some of these things.
Have an amazing rest of the week and be sure to check out this weeks guest episode with the beautiful Grace Hyland!!
Tune into this very special episode with new guest; the beautiful and amazing Grace Hyland

Join the two of us, as Grace beautifully shares with us her journey through transitioning and the many obstacles in which she faced on the road to living her life, as her authentic self.
I learnt a tremendous amount from Grace whilst recording this episode and I can most certainly guarantee you will as well! So don’t miss out!
Happy Tuesday Everyone!
Today I am discussing Cultural Appropriation in today's episode. Discussion was sparked when images of upcoming contestant on Rupaul's Dragrace Australia, Scarlett Adams was posted online. The images depicted blackface, insensitive cultural depiction of Indigenous Australians and other racist features. I discuss my take on the difference between cultural appropriation and cultural appreciation.
