Last years guest Amber Savage returns to update us on where she is in life since we last spoke with her. This unfiltered episode covers everything from Amber’s OnlyFans journey, to her first sexual experience with a female, her time as a stripper as well as covering topics surrounding mental health and suicide. This was such a fun and open discussion that I absolutely enjoyed, so join myself and Amber in tomorrow’s episode as nothing is off limits.
In today's episode I decided to go a different route then my usual self-care segment. A few things have been popping up all over social media that I wanted to discuss on today's episode! Such as Burger King's sexist tweet "Women Belong in the kitchen", TikTok star Noah Becks controversial 'fuck toxic masculinity' post and why white people can't say the 'N' word.
Today's quote:
"Everything you've already accomplished is a mountain someone else is trying to cilmb - maybe you can give them a leg up" - Adam J Kurtz
Affirmations:
"I will do my best to lift those around me"
"My greatest achievements are the people I love"
Self-care practice:
Have a vulnerable discussion with a family member. Talk about how you are feeling and also talk about how they are feeling. Start a conversation.

I will be discussing a few things that I believe many people suffer from in relation to self-sabotaging. I know a lot of my other self-care episodes focus on strategies you can do to better your mental health. However this episode is really focusing on self-reflection, something I am very big on. Once listening to this episode take the time to self-reflect and see if you can see any toxic traits you have within yourself or just listen to my discussion and consider if you agree or not!
Sit down with me and Jaksen Daddo as we discuss all things Behavioural Change and the importance of its surrounding factors. Jaksen works for ‘The Shannon Company’ which is a specialist Behaviour Change communications company, who focus on inspiring people to change their behaviour. You may have seen many of their campaigns on TV, such as - Respect Women, TAC, WorkSafe and Respect Victoria. They are also working on a campaign that is drawing focus to the LGBTQIA+ community.
This was such a fun and interesting episode to record and I most certainly learnt a lot especially about myself. We discuss the importance of teaching, communicating, learning, motivation and how it can all lead to positive change and growth ESPECIALLY for the LGBTQIA+ community. I hope you all really enjoy this episode and be sure you take the time to do a little bit of self reflection once you have finished listening to this weeks ep!
Welcome back to another episode! On today's episode we are focusing on Gratitude. It is really important for us to take the time to take a step back and look at all the things we are grateful for. I'll list down below todays affirmations, self-care strategy and daily quote. I hope you all are enjoying this small little segment focusing on self-care with me!
Daily quote: "Try to say nothing negative about yourself for three days, for forty-five days, for three months. See what happens to your life." - Yoko Ono
"I choose to eliminate negative self-talk from my life"
"When I'm aligned with my higher-self there are no mistakes"
Self-care strategy: They say if you don't create goals for yourself, the world will create them for you. Grab a journal and practise this 'free writing' exercise. Without stopping, for five minutes (don't worry about grammar or making sense), write out a list of goals the world has placed in front of you via social expectations and responsibilities. Then take another five minutes to write out the goals you'd like to override the previous ones with. Think about how you could make this happen and make notes.
Join myself and the amazingly fabulous Tyler Leach aka Miss Ovary Action as we sit down and talk all things DRAG. Tyler like myself has grown up on the Mornington peninsula; so join us as Tyler talks about what it was like to grow up in an area that isn't overly populated with members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
This was such a fun episode to record and I learnt so much from this amazing human being, I also hope you all can gain a little something from today's episode.
Be sure to check out all of my previous episodes as well gorgeous people and I'll see you next week!
Welcome back to another episode! I am super excited for us to begin this journey of self-care together. I really hope you enjoy today's episode and I will list down below the two affirmations and self-care strategy.
"Taking time for myself is the ultimate self-care."
"I am ready to fully own my story and step into my power"
Self-Care: Find a patch of sun a relatively cloud-free day and lie down in it briefly. Feel its warmth and its life-giving properties. Let yourself breathe easier, emanating gratitude for the joy of the present moment. Think about what you can do to step even more fully into who you really are. then go do it.
Join myself and one of my closest friends, Eliza Knaggs as we discuss the hurdles we faced in our coming out journeys. Discussing the positive and negatives sides of our experiences with coming out as gay and bisexual.
Welcome back my beautiful listeners! I hope you all have had an amazing Christmas and New Year and a ready to join me in the next chapter of the I Can't Even Think Straight story. Join me in todays episode as I discuss some of the things I learnt from 2020 as well as some things I think we can all take from last year.
