Life is hectic and this first week of 2021 has shown us that any and everything is possible! In the midst of the madness that took place on January 6th, I found it necessary to find a space in my mind where I could retreat. 

Meditation has been an integral part of my self care routine and while many are interested in adding this technique to their routine, they don't know where to start.  Take a listen as I discuss what meditation is, the types of meditation and how to create your own meditation practice.

80% of resolutions made on New Year's Day dissolve by mid-February. Instead of creating resolutions, let's set some intentions this year. Set weekly intentions for areas in your life that you want to change.

Setting intentions affirm you are already enough and allows you the ability to focus on the journey and not the outcome.
