Ever just sat down and taken it all in for a min.. I’ve been doing that recently … appreciating what’s actually in front of me and just the simplicity of it all. Still chaotic as ever in my head… but learning to just ‘be’ and take it all in… have a listen, you might agree! 😘😘

A different sort of ep this week.. I welcome my Mama Lee! Through her eyes, her perspective of how it was to see me go through it all and how I came out the other side and all the bits in between… enjoy!

Hey hey,
So this podcast is going to come with a warning… maybe a bit of trigger to some, but hopefully an insight into my history. Why I am who I am now, why I live how I live and why I don’t have time for certain shite! But most of all why I cherish those in my life so much more now after being through this all…
It’s deep… but is what it is
Have a cuppa after, you’ll bloody need it! Xx
