It is my hope to remove the stigma around seeking therapy and counseling in the Christian Community, specifically the Black Christian Community where it is considered taboo and not encouraged. In this space we are intentional about extending gentle loving grace to those who are struggling with their mental health, relationships with themselves, others, and God, their purpose, careers, and so on by promoting healing through therapy in combination with prayer.

In a world full of critics, critiques, and perspectives... we usually don't take the time to do self-checks. The truth is that most of us are a little nervous about what those self-checks may reveal.
