I have a Gambling addiction small steps up a steep hill

Just starting to up date you all on my journey and start of the next season .

This is about how I am doing and the bumps in the road that life brings what helps me and can help you as we go through each minute, day , week or month . Just remember you have to do this for you first !! Addiction is a horrible

My biggest challenge yet is me being on my own for the first time for a week !!

I want to end the season on a positive note and thankfully I have two things what happened today to be positive about 😂👍

I have been struggling and stressed about payments ,money life and I have been given a last chance ❤️❤️❤️

It is good to be back on the podcast I was talking about government how they ignore that the impact of gambling is much greater problem in the world 🌎

I think my gambling was fuelled by drinking to much !!!

People ask would I do things different or change my pass I say NO !! It makes me who I am today good or bad !!! ❤️

How little thing affect you in life and set the day off to bad start and send you mind in to over drive !!!
