Head on - In the moment, speak up. Nip it in the bud, don't let the issue pass you.
Leveling- Find time to connect with the other person, ensuring you both have a safe space to share and highlight the what and why? Work on a path forward.
Managing Energy- Start your day full of life and manage to who you give your energy.
