Today’s dose of “Vitamin D” is dedicated to loving yourself. What does loving yourself look like? What does it feel like? Can you truly say you love who you are and who you’ve become? Do your actions say it? Often times we blurt that we love ourselves, but if someone asked you to make a list of the people you love, how long would it take for you to name yourself?

In loving yourself, it takes for you to know who you truly are. Make time for that. Discover your likes and dislikes. Sit down and listen to the conversations that are going on in your mind. What are they saying? What do they mean?

Life and death are in the power of the tongue. Choose to speak life! Profess love all over yourself so that you may tap into your greatest potential. Take note from Hailee Steinfeld in her hit single, “Love Myself” and declare “I'm gonna put my body first and love me so hard 'til it hurts.” Because if there is one thing that you need to say to your reflection today, say "I’m gonna love myself." I love me... do you?
